To safeguard consumer rights, online shoppers are entitled to a 7-day hesitation period for returns from the date of product delivery. You have the right to cancel the purchase and return the product within seven days of delivery. However, please note that for product returns or exchanges, the product must be in brand new condition with complete packaging (including the main product, accessories, internal and external packaging, accompanying documents, and gifts).
The following situations may affect your right to return or exchange the product:
(1) Product packaging is damaged, seals removed, tags detached, adhesives removed, labels torn, or the product has been assembled or used.
(2) Other reasons that exceed necessary inspection or are attributable to the buyer or recipient, resulting in damage, loss, or alteration of the product.
For returns or exchanges:
Please make sure to contact customer service first (returns without prior contact will not be processed). After we receive and approve your return or exchange request, please send the product (with complete packaging) back to the address: No. 5, Yanping Road, Zhushan Township, Nantou County, "Tang Ming Huang Tea." After shipping, please send proof of shipment via private message on our Facebook page. Upon receiving the package and confirming that the product is in good condition, we will proceed with your return or exchange request.
We regret that we do not offer exchange services in the following cases:
- Products exceeding the 7-day hesitation period (calculated from the delivery date).
- The hesitation period is not a trial period. Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Products damaged, stained, or deformed due to human causes.
Return and Exchange Process:
1. Please contact customer service first for return or exchange inquiries.
2. After confirming the return or exchange details, please send the product (with complete packaging) back within 3 days. We will not accept returns after this period.

4. After we receive the product and verify that it is in good condition, we will notify you within a week about the refund or exchange process.
5. If a customer requests refunds or returns more than three times within a year for personal reasons, "Tang Ming Emperor Tea" reserves the right to terminate their online membership.
Refunds:
Once we have received and verified the returned product, we will refund the amount to the account you provided. If payment was made via credit card, the refund will be processed through the third-party payment platform to your credit card. Refund processing times may vary depending on the issuing bank.
Return Shipping Fees:
The customer is responsible for any shipping costs incurred during the return or exchange process.
If the original order qualified for free shipping, we will deduct the original free shipping cost when processing the refund.
Example 1: "Promotion: Free shipping for orders over $1500, original order amount $1500, full return processed, the free shipping cost of $100 (depending on the shipping method) will be deducted, so the refund amount will be $1400."
Example 2: "Promotion: Free shipping for orders over $1500, original order amount $1500, partial return of $500, the order no longer meets the free shipping requirement, so the free shipping cost of $100 (depending on the shipping method) will be deducted, and the refund amount will be $400."
